Evoluer Consulting Services
started as an idea, a wish to change things around, with a firm belief
that companies were not tapping into a vast reservoir of talent that
exists within. In the last few years, Evoluer has been leading the
change in the way businesses handle their human resources.
Evoluer is lead by Savita Subbaraya and Uma Ravishankar. They are complemented by a team of talented professionals who have experience in various aspects of the HR functions.
Savita is an accomplished strategic HR leader with over 17 years experience across India and the UK. After completing her MBA in UK, Savita went on to work on a project with IBM (UK), and subsequently worked with companies such as E2E Infoware and Lodestone.
During her stint as a consultant, Savita discovered areas that needed assistance within the organization that presented an opportunity for a business. With her quiet demeanor, keen observation and analytical skills, Savita creates solutions that has helped companies improve their HR quotient.
Uma has extensive experience working across both big brands and start-ups. Besides completing an M.Sc in Psychology, Uma also pursued an MBA from De Montfort University, UK. Her strengths lie in improving the processes across HR space in an organisation.
Her innate ability to connect with people at all levels, build relationships, understand the market needs and design solutions that work, is what helps give their clients the edge they seek.
